Concept study of an apartment for bigger developling company where the task was to bring sustainability and sustainable materials together with high class and timeless design.
Placing electricity infrastructure on the walls is in this case the main design tool but this principle is also bringing one sustainable aspect to the design - less waste from drilling the walls, plus gives the flexibility to change the electricity in case of new future function.
Concrete ceilings were already given but we tried to match this material with forever classic duo - concrete & wood. Massive wood shelvings bring lots of storage space but also create the asked for high class look.
Iconic single piece furnitures can't miss but also here we chose the ones with natural materials. In the best case scenario we could get them second hand with patina giving it individiual touch.
